Themesoft Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise integration solutions using SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP Integration Services.

The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, interface monitoring, and integration development across a complex SAP landscape. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP integration experience, with strong hands-on CPI expertise and experience in CPI iFlows, plus proficiency with SFTP,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP integration experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite expertise.
• Proven CPI iFlows development and support experience.
• Experience with integration adapters: SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, API Management.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP CPI iFlows across production and non-production environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents and interface failures.
• Develop and enhance CPI integrations to meet business needs.
• Monitor interfaces and proactively identify issues before impact.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business users, SAP functional and technical teams.
• Manage security certificates, endpoints, connectivity, and API integrations.
• Ensure SLAs for incident resolution and service delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production validation.

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP Integration Services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, interface monitoring, root cause analysis, and integration development activities across a complex SAP landscape.

This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP integration technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business, functional, and technical teams.

Experience

8-12 Years of SAP integration experience with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP CPI iFlows across production and non-production environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents, interface failures, and service requests.
• Develop, modify, and enhance CPI integrations to support business requirements and application changes.
• Monitor interface performance and proactively identify integration issues before they impact business operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical stakeholders to support integration-related initiatives.
• Configure and manage integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management components.
• Manage security certificates, endpoints, connectivity configurations, and API integrations.
• Ensure adherence to established SLAs for incident resolution and service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, knowledge transfer materials, and support procedures.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production validation activities for integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and reliable operation of business-critical interfaces.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP Integration Services.
• Proven experience developing and supporting CPI iFlows in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management.
• Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of API-based integrations, security certificates, authentication mechanisms, and connectivity configurations.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, and related integration standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid support and project delivery environment.
