Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum two years in material coordination, logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• At least one year of experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC or related systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules to support installations, upgrades, and field modifications.
• Maintain accurate configuration and material records by processing updates and validating system data.
• Investigate and resolve material-related issues, including damaged parts, delivery discrepancies, and inventory concerns.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and material status to stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to manage deliveries, returns, and material handling activities.
• Review data accuracy, identify schedule impacts, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance installation readiness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
