Jobgether is seeking an SAP Migration Expert for the United States to lead data migration initiatives using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and SAP Data Services. Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience with SAP migration tools.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LTMC and Migrate Your Data app.
• Experience with SAP Data Services, SLT, and Rapid Data Migration.
• Knowledge of MOM and migration object configuration.
• Proficiency in ABAP, SQL or HANA SQL, IDoc, BAPI, and LSMW.
• Understanding of SAP data structures, migration methodologies, and data transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
• Professional German and English communication.

As an SAP Migration Expert, you will lead data migration initiatives, ensuring that complex business data is transferred accurately, securely, and efficiently across SAP systems. You will work with modern migration tools and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, and SAP Landscape Transformation. By translating customer requirements into effective migration strategies, you will help deliver reliable, high-quality solutions tailored to business needs. You will also contribute to industry-specific implementations and collaborate closely with customers and internal technical teams. Accountabilities

• Planning and executing SAP data migration projects to ensure accurate and reliable data transfers.
• Validating migrated data and implementing quality assurance measures to maintain data integrity.
• Gathering, analyzing, and translating customer requirements into appropriate migration solutions.
• Defining and developing selection filters to ensure that relevant data is extracted and transferred correctly.
• Extending standard migration objects with customer-specific fields to meet individual business requirements.
• Configuring and implementing SAP migration tools and methodologies to support efficient data processing.
• Contributing to the implementation of industry-specific solutions, including GQS@Rent.
• Configuring rental and loan equipment management functionalities according to customer needs.
• Collaborating with customers, consultants, developers, and other internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Identifying and resolving migration-related issues while continuously improving migration processes and solution quality.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience working with SAP migration tools.
• Strong expertise in the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, including LTMC and the Migrate Your Data app.
• Practical experience with SAP Data Services (SAP DS), SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), and SAP Rapid Data Migration.
• Knowledge of the SAP Migration Object Modeler (MOM) and migration object configuration.
• Proficiency in ABAP, SQL or HANA SQL, IDoc, BAPI, and LSMW.
• A solid understanding of SAP data structures, migration methodologies, and data transformation processes.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex technical and business requirements.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• A high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and implementation accuracy.
• Excellent German communication skills at a professional, negotiation-ready level, along with good written and spoken English.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
