Job summary

The New York Power Authority seeks a SAP Configuration Analyst to support SAP financial applications (ECC & S4 Hana) and related modules. You’ll coordinate maintenance, test configuration changes, and test patches while collaborating with end-users and stakeholders to ensure compliance and proper upgrades.

You will develop test plans, review requirements, and drive automation initiatives, offering training and user support during transitions from implementation to post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
• 4 years of related experience preferred.
• 2 years in applications development and support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical skills to implement, support, maintain, and improve hardware and software solutions.
• Manage core Directory Services platforms (Active Directory, DNS).
• Oversee operational management of infrastructure like M365, VMware, storage, Cloud services.
• Assist design and operations of DaaS and End-user services engineering.
• Work cross-functionally and adhere to ITSM processes.
• Ensure performance and reliability of business systems and monitor capacity.
