Job summary

Genesis Consulting seeks an experienced SAP Concur Training Lead for a public sector client to configure, deliver, and support SAP Concur solutions. You will develop end-user training plans, content, and assessments while collaborating with stakeholders to align with LMS strategies and adult-learning principles.

Responsibilities include designing instructor-led and eLearning content, building materials in Articulate 360, and conducting Train-The-Trainer sessions to ensure strong user adoption

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of SAP Concur end-user training experience in a client-based setting.
• Expert knowledge in MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint.
• Experience conducting training needs assessment and full training delivery.
• Classroom training experience and professional services or consulting background.
• Experience with Articulate or similar platforms on SAP Concur projects.
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop a complete SAP Concur end-user training plan and curriculum.
• Identify and develop End User Training Content for online or instructor-led delivery.
• Prepare and build training content in Articulate 360.
• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and project team regarding LMS.
• Collaborate on instructional design aligned with LMS/Training approach.
• Create and implement blended education programs using adult learning principles.
• Plan, design, and develop instructor-led content and storyboards for eLearning.
• Develop course objectives and evaluation measures.
• Interview SMEs to collect information for blended solutions.
• Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions and build client relationships.
