Job summary

SAP Concur is seeking a Senior Program Management Specialist in Finance to drive annual financial reporting, reconciliation, and strategic enablement for a major global alliance. You will own reporting, performance analysis, and compliance, partnering with Sales, Billing, IT, and Legal in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis or sales operations, strong SQL/Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce, Harmony, and SAP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business operations, or sales operations.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; experience with SQL, Excel, and enterprise financial systems (e.g.,Salesforce, Harmony,SAP).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success working independently and delivering in a matrixed, global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual partnership reconciliation and performance reporting.
  • Revenue and cost reconciliation for the alliance, including nuanced financial terms.
  • Collaborate with Billing to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and optimization of processes.
  • Support auditing and compliance across processes.
  • Act as trusted advisor to promote simplification, structure, and measurable business impact.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to accelerate data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate is an independent, hands‑onoperatorand strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.They will be an internally recognized senior on complex finance and business matters, executingacrossthreekey pillars:Financial reporting and reconciliation; Business Performance Analysis and Insight;andProcess Optimization and Compliance.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation
  • Managemonthly,quarterlyand annual partnership reconciliation andperformancereporting.
  • Partner with Finance onrevenue and cost reconciliation process for the alliance, which requires an ability tomake sense ofnuanced legal and financialterms.
  • Liaise with the billing department to ensure timeliness and accuracy of invoice,tooptimizeprocesses, andtosupport any required manual work.
  • Support Finance and others in auditing and ensuring compliance in all processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, promoting simplification, structure, and measurable business impact.
Business Performance Analysis & Insight
  • Translatecomplex data into clear,strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze business performance and priorities to accelerate data‑driven, revenue‑generating decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Management toprovideactionable insights that support strategic planning and forecasting.
Process Optimization & Compliance
  • Drive adoption of tools and processes by planning priorities and supporting rollout and enablement.
  • Identifyand drive business improvement initiatives, from conception through execution.
  • Coach sales leaders on process adoption to ensure organization‑wide compliance.
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, Billing and Legalto streamlineprocesses.
  • Leverage and implement standardized processes, systems, and tools to ensure consistency across the engagement.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPAa plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business operations, or sales operations.
