Polaris Inc. in Minnesota seeks an SAP Controlling (CO) Manager to own the SAP S/4HANA Controlling domain, focusing on management accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, and reporting.

You will translate requirements from Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain into standardized SAP solutions and drive a large SAP transformation. The role involves hands‑on configuration for cost accounting, margin analysis, planning, and integration with multiple SAP modules.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years IT with increasing scope and responsibility, incl. 5+ years configuring SAP Controlling.
• Experience completing at least one full SAP implementation with S/4HANA
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration in Margin Analysis/CO-PA, Product Costing, and FI-CO integration.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, standard costing, moving‑average costing, inventory valuation, overhead allocation, and profitability analysis.
• Experience designing integrated processes across SAP Finance, Asset Accounting, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Project Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Controlling lead for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, integrating finance with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and PM/Asset Accounting.
• Conduct fit‑to‑standard workshops to capture requirements and guide toward clean‑core SAP practices.
• Perform hands‑on SAP configuration for cost centers, internal orders, product costing, material ledger, and margin analysis.
• Design manufacturing/product costing methodologies including standard/moving-average costing and overhead allocation.
• Define costing granularity by vehicle, model, product line, location, and labor/cost elements.
• Support profitability analysis and Margin Analysis across costs and management reporting.
• Establish end‑to‑end processes across SAP modules for asset creation, manufacturing, distribution, and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Review and approve system‑integrator designs and data conversion approaches.
