Polaris Inc. seeks an SAP Controlling (CO) Manager to serve as the functional owner for SAP S/4HANA Controlling, driving management accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.

The role combines hands-on SAP configuration with strategic process design across finance, operations, and supply chain. The successful candidate will lead standardization, define cost elements, and ensure clean-core practices while guiding a large-scale transformation and integration across modules.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years IT experience with increasing scope and responsibility, including at least 5 years configuring SAP Controlling solutions.
• Experience leading full SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, or brownfield transforms; multiple large-scale S/4HANA projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Controlling functional lead for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, integrating finance with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and asset accounting.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops to capture requirements and define future-state Controlling processes.
• Configure Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis, and related planning.
