Job summary

Ford in Dearborn, MI is seeking an SAP Security Specialist to design, implement, and maintain robust security across our SAP landscape, including IAG, IAS/IPS, and cloud deployments. You will build secure baselines, enforce least-privilege access, and partner with enterprise teams to secure critical systems.

Key focus areas include SoD governance, IAM implementation, vulnerability monitoring, and compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Hybrid work is supported for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of SAP Security experience with SAP GRC/IAG.
• Experience securing SAP workloads in public clouds and IAM policy management.
• Deep knowledge of SAP security architectures, SoD, and role design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain secure access controls and SoD policies in SAP IAG.
• Secure SAP landscapes in public cloud platforms (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE).
• Implement user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and federated identity flows.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and compliance reviews of SAP infra.
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into SAP baselines and governance.
• Define and audit SAP roles, authorization objects, and Firefighter procedures.
• Support incident investigations and implement remediation measures.
• Collaborate with SAP teams, GRC analysts, and cloud architects.
