As part of the SAP Design Success team, actively participate in the Explore phase of the SAP S/4HANA transformation project, demonstrating expertise in Carbon Credits Tracking and Renewables Management within the Oil & Gas value chain (Downstream).

1. Lead requirements gathering workshops with customers for renewable fuel credits management solutions.
2. Offer technical guidance on industry solutions for carbon credits tracking and renewables management.
3. Analyze customer business processes and map them to SAP IDP Renewals Management solution processes for renewables tracking.
4. Recommend best practices for implementing industry-specific solutions within SAP for RINS, LCFS, and similar programs.
5. Provide expertise on integrating renewables management with existing SAP Oil & Gas modules.
6. Evaluate business requirements to determine product roadmap strategy alignment and potential best practice solution approaches.
7. Work effectively with SI teams through leading and planning Fit-to-Standard & Detail Design (Explore) phases, and collaborate during the transition from Explore to Build phases.
8. Coordinate with the SAP Design Success team to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
9. Contribute to design workshops, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
10. Offer expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
11. Analyze customer pain points and assist teams in producing solution scenarios for customer sharing.
12. Identify and communicate challenges to Solution Design Lead and SAP HCVC Delivery Lead.
13. This role is remote, supporting various US time zones (PST/CST).
14. Note: Due to security policies, working from Russia is restricted.
15. Extensive knowledge of SAP Oil & Gas industry solutions, especially in downstream operations.
16. Strong understanding of renewable fuel credits systems like RINS and LCFS.
17. Experience leading fit-to-standard workshops and requirements sessions.
18. Familiarity with SAP solutions for tracking and managing renewable fuel credits.
19. Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into functional specifications.
20. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Oil & Gas industry solutions.
21. Understanding of regulatory compliance related to emissions reporting and carbon credits.
22. Knowledge of SAP IDP Renewals Management solution is a plus.
23. Background in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
