Job Description:

• Participate in the Explore phase of SAP S/4HANA transformation, focusing on Carbon credits tracking and Renewables management in Oil & Gas (Downstream).
• Lead requirements workshops for renewable fuel credits management solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on industry solutions for carbon credits and renewables management.
• Analyze customer processes and map them to SAP IDP Renewals Management for renewables tracking.
• Recommend best practices for SAP industry-specific solutions (RINS, LCFS, etc.).
• Integrate renewables management with existing SAP Oil & Gas modules.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business requirements to align with product roadmap and best practices.
• Work with SI teams during Fit-to-Standard & Design phases, transitioning to Build.
• Collaborate with the Design Success team to ensure project alignment.
• Contribute to workshops, requirements gathering, and validation.
• Guide and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze pain points and develop solution scenarios with the team.
• Communicate challenges to leadership.

Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Oil & Gas solutions, especially downstream.
• Understanding of renewable fuel credits systems like RINS and LCFS.
• Experience leading workshops and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with SAP solutions for renewable credits.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into specs.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Oil & Gas solutions.
• Understanding of emissions reporting and carbon credits compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP IDP Renewals Management (preferred).
• Background in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
