RTX Corporation (Collins Aerospace) is seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data warehousing and analytics solutions. You will build scalable data models, ensure seamless data integration, and support migration to cloud-based platforms.

The role requires hands-on SAP knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver robust analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher with 3–5+ years of relevant SAP data warehousing experience.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• 2+ years in SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA.
• HANA modeling and SQLScript expertise.
• Experience designing complex BW objects (ADSOs, CompositeProviders, ODS Views).
• Hands-on ABAP knowledge for transformations and routines.
• Strong data modeling and performance optimization practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex data models in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.
• Modernize BW systems and integrate with cloud data platforms.
• Build and optimize HANA native models, SQLScript logic, and calculation views.
• Develop high-performance ETL pipelines using SDI, SLT, or BODS.
• Partner with analytics teams to deliver semantic models for SAC and BI tools.
• Assist with incident resolution, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support DevOps processes including gCTS/CTS, Git workflows, and CI/CD automation.
• Contribute to architecture roadmaps and long-term strategic planning.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA / SAP Datasphere Engineer to work the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data warehousing and analytics solutions. What You Will Do:

• Design and implement complex data models in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.

• Assist with modernization efforts, including migration from legacy BW systems and integration with cloud data platforms .

• Build and optimize HANA native models, SQLScript logic, and calculation views

• Develop high-performance ETL pipelines using SDI, SLT, or BODS.

• Partner with analytics teams to deliver semantic models for SAC, or other BI tools.

• Assist with incident resolution, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for SAP data systems.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• 2 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA.

• HANA modeling and SQLScript expertise.

• Experience designing complex BW objects (ADSOs, CompositeProviders, ODS Views).

• Hands‑on ABAP knowledge for transformations, user exits, and routines.

• Strong understanding of data modeling best practices and performance optimization.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• SAP to cloud migration experience (BW/4HANA or Datasphere).

• Knowledge of SAC, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Exposure to SAP MDG or enterprise master data strategies.

• Experience leading large‑scale data initiatives or modernization programs.
