Job summary
LTIMindtree is seeking an SAP BusinessObjects Administrator to manage and optimize SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform environments across Development, QA and Production. The role includes CMS/FRS/Web Intelligence/IDT components, Windows Server administration, and AD/LDAP/SSO integration.
You will handle upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery, while ensuring security and on-call rotation adherence. You will collaborate with SAP support teams and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents,
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP BusinessObjects Administration experience
- Hands-on with SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.x platform administration
- Strong knowledge of installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations
- Experience managing CMS, FRS, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and IDT
- Knowledge of Windows server administration
- Experience with AD/LDAP and SSO integration
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing system
Responsibilities
- Platform Administration of SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform environments (Development, QA, Production)
- Manage Central Management Console (CMC), Central Management Server (CMS), and BI services
- Perform user/group/ security administration
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity utilization
- Plan, execute, and support platform upgrades, migrations, and patches
- Install and configure BI Platform components and client tools
- Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities
- Configure SSO authentication methods and security settings
- Prepare upgrade docs, implementation plans, and rollback procedures
- Provide Level 1/2 production support and incident resolution
- Coordinate with SAP support and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
