Job summary

LHH represents a global manufacturing client in New Jersey seeking an SAP Business Systems Analyst to support core processes across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, and customer operations. You will bridge business users and IT, driving improvements in SAP-enabled workflows.

You will participate in ERP projects, develop reports and analytics, and assist with data migration and master data governance in a sophisticated ERP environment with cross-functional teams across operations and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, or BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP business processes and end users.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify process improvements.
• Support SAP MM, PP, SD, and WM modules.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and master data management.
• Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and user training activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
