Job summary

TRUMPF Inc. seeks a SAP Business Systems Analyst to manage SAP-based business applications for Sales, CPQ, and eCommerce support. Lead end-to-end process improvements, user training, and global implementation efforts within an international environment.

The role requires strong SAP expertise, on-going learning, and collaboration with IT architects and business process managers across locations. Weekend on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years SAP working experience, preferably multinational environment.
• Undergraduate Degree/Business or Computer Science/Technology.
• Graduate degree preferred or comparable working experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult for the business in Sales processes including CRM, CPQ and SAP Order Fulfillment.
• Provide end-to-end 2nd level process support and serve as contact for key users.
• Incident, request, and demand management.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and projects.
• Support S4HANA project team to drive successful implementation globally.
• Build the Business Application Key User community and liaise with process managers and IT architects.

The SAP Business Systems Analyst provides project management, support, process improvement identification and implementation, maintenance and training focusing on the Business Applications for Sales (SAP, CPQ (E2Q), eCommerce).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Consult for the business in Sales processes including Customer Relationship Management, Configure Price Quote and SAP Order Fulfillment.
• Provide end‑to‑end, 2nd level process support and serve as a contact for key users.
• User Incident, Request, and Demand Management.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and projects.
• Member of the S4HANA Project Team to drive and support the successful implementation globally.
• Build the Business Application Key User community and be the link to business process manager and IT Architects in the central department.
• Develop and maintain key user training documentation and provide training to all new key users and existing key users as necessary.
• Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
• Weekends on‑call may be required.

• Fluent in English (verbally and in writing); some German language skills (verbally and in writing) a plus.

Experience / Education

• 5 years SAP working experience, preferably working abroad in multinational environment.
• Undergraduate Degree/Business or Computer Science/Technology
• Graduate degree preferred or comparable working experience.
