Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst understands, interprets, and analyzes data quickly, and is responsible for delivering high quality and timely reports to all business units across the credit union. As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis department, the Business Intelligence Analyst will help design, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive suite of business intelligence tools to inform and support key business decisions related to the Credit Union's financials and operations.
Using database technologies, this position is responsible for identifying and translating business needs and requirements into useful and actionable information. The Business Intelligence Analyst will clearly communicate report findings and provide data that assists business units in making informed decisions. The position will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of enterprise reporting solutions using modern standardized tools.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of direct experience in dashboard and report writing using Power BI required.
• Demonstrated experience using data to drive business decisions.
• Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strategic, intellectually curious thinker with a focus on outcomes.
• Experience writing SQL, Transactional SQL (Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions) required.
• Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and evaluate/prioritize as necessary.
• Experience using Databricks is highly preferred.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Dax Programming for Power BI, CSharp.net preferred.
• Experience in a financial institution is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and establish relationships with team members, department managers, executive management, and key stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Compensation details: 75000-95000 Yearly Salary
