Job summary

ScanSource is seeking an SAP Business Analyst Level II to join our finance and operations teams. You will design, configure, test, and implement SAP solutions, working with stakeholders to translate business needs into system enhancements.

The role supports requirements gathering, testing, user adoption, and documentation, while collaborating with the SAP Manager and process owners to ensure alignment with objectives. Travel up to 10-20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years SAP configuration, support, or business systems experience.
• Open to learning, adaptable, and continuously improving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferred ScanSource experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality.
• Participate in testing and user acceptance to validate requirements.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and training materials.
