2. Aggregate individual Bill of Material components for estimating purposes into Compatible Units and assemblies
3. Understand the design-to-construction process, particularly within a utility context
4. Familiarize with the sourcing/procurement process for non-standard or long lead-time materials
5. Utilize general IT Business Analyst experience and skills to support project initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. General familiarity with SAP capabilities
2. Understanding of the design-to-construction process, especially in a utility context (gas or electric)
3. Experience with the sourcing/procurement process for materials
4. Strong general IT Business Analyst experience/skills
5. Familiarity with PowerPlan is a plus
