ERP Business Analyst, Sr - 1LMX Integration - PLM / MES / SAP S4

Join Lockheed Martin as a Senior ERP Business Analyst supporting 1LMX Integration, specializing in PLM, MES, and SAP S/4HANA systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions across MES, PLM, and SAP ERP systems.
• Author functional specifications based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to standardize and customize solutions.
• Support full cycle implementations, including gap analysis, requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze business processes for system improvements and operational efficiency.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with MES, PLM, and SAP ERP integrations.
• Proficient in authoring functional specs and working with ABAP developers.
• Experience supporting full project lifecycle in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of technical and functional conversations.
• US citizenship required; dual citizenship excluded.
