Qualifications

• Experience in technical application support or enterprise software support.
• Ability to investigate issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Experience communicating technical issues to customers or end users.
• Two+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, HANA, Java app servers, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary technical support for U.S.-based clients during business hours.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across UI, backend, and database.
• Assist with installation, deployment, and configuration on SAP BTP.
• Troubleshoot SSO/SAML integrations and identity-provider configurations.
• Create troubleshooting guides and runbooks; document root causes.
