Job summary

PradeepIT invites senior SAP developers to join a global IT consulting team. You will lead Side by Side Extensions using CAP/RAP, Node.js and Java, with 5-7 years SAP experience and BAS proficiency.

Work closely with functional teams, deploy across environments, and apply SAP BTP/S4HANA architecture knowledge to deliver robust solutions. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Overall SAP development experience of 5-7 years.
• Develop Side by Side Extensions applications using CAP/RAP and Nodejs/JAVA Layer.
• Minimum 2 End to End BTP development projects for side-by-side extensions.
• Ability to take development on Nodejs; Exposure to CAP annotations and CDS is a plus.
• Very good working knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Architecture.
• Must have knowledge on Deployment of application on various Environment.
• Must have strong experience on Business Application Studios (BAS).
• Exposure to Postgres on BTP is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience on UI developments and backing service.
• Strong hands-on experience in ODATA development using Node JS or CAPM.
• The consultant will need to work closely with Functional consultants; understanding of processes is required.
• Experience of handling a team of junior consultants is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Side by Side Extensions applications using CAP/RAP and Nodejs/JAVA Layer.
• Take SAP development ownership and drive end-to-end SAP projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to design optimal solutions.
• Deploy applications across multiple environments and services.
• Leverage BAS for rapid development and testing; utilize Postgres on BTP when needed.
