Job summary

Original Composites & Fibers is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Team Leader to guide the technical administration, operations, security, and lifecycle management of our SAP landscape, including S/4HANA Cloud and BTP, to support global manufacturing and ERP needs.

You will manage a team, coordinate with partners, ensure availability, and lead transport, release, and identity management initiatives across SAP and non-SAP systems. Travel to U.S. locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years SAP Basis/enterprise SAP administration experience.
• 3+ years of team leadership or technical lead experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, IAS/IPS, Signavio, and GRC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Basis team and internal/partner resources for operations and governance.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, Cloud ALM, IAS/IPS, and related solutions.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across SAP environments.
• Coordinate transports, releases, patching, and upgrade readiness with SAP and providers.
• Define and govern transport, change, and cutover management processes.
• Lead identity and access enablement, including SSO and IAM integration.
• Collaborate with security, IAM, and application teams on access governance.
