Are you a seasoned SAP professional ready to lead application strategy and enhance delivery?

Our client is looking for an SAP Manager from a Delivery or Application management background to join their team and take ownership of SAP solutions spanning Sales, Service, Purchasing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance.

As a leader in the IT organization, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the SAP landscape delivers value across all operational and financial areas. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to manage delivery, optimize processes, and drive innovation across Finance and Supply Chain.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the delivery and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize ERP goals harmoniously.
• Translate business needs into system solutions, partnering closely with key functional and technical teams.
• Oversee application lifecycle management, from requirements to rollout and support.
• Manage internal and external resources, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Champion best practices in SAP governance, change control, and system integration.
• Stay ahead of emerging SAP technologies and propose scalable improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementations and support in complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of core modules within SAP S/4HANA Financials and Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in Sales, Rentals, Field Service, and Logistics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Project management experience in SAP environments (Agile and/or Waterfall).
• Experience in the construction, or industrial services sectors is a strong plus.
