Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior manager to lead SAP Analytics engagements across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC. You will guide architecture, integration, and full-cycle delivery while mentoring teams and growing client relationships.

The role requires deep SAP analytics expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive thought leadership within Accenture's SAP Analytics practice, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP analytics, BI, or data management consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on implementation with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA or related SAP data products.
• Minimum of 3 years in people or project leadership within a consulting environment.
• Minimum of 2 years designing/architecting SAP Business AI Platform.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in two domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial, HR/Workforce).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics engagements (architecture, configuration, integration, go-live).
• Serve as primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations and alignment.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable analytics solutions (data modeling, semantic layer, self-service BI).
• Oversee data integration and federation within SAP Datasphere (BW, S/4HANA, cloud sources).
• Design and validate SAC story and planning architectures for performance and governance.
• Guide SAP Business Data Cloud adoption, incl. Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines.
