Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager to lead SAP Analytics engagements, spanning SAP Datasphere, SAC, and SAP BDC. You will drive architecture, data modeling, integration, and governance across complex client ecosystems.

You will act as a trusted client leader, translating requirements into scalable analytics solutions, and guiding cross-functional teams. Travel may be required; you will also contribute to capability-building within the SAP Analytics practice.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of SAP analytics experience.
Minimum of 5 years hands-on with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BW/4HANA.
Minimum of 3 years in people or project leadership in consulting.
Minimum of 2 years designing SAP Business AI Platform.
3+ years delivering full-cycle SAP analytics in two domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & CRM, HR).
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics engagements including architecture, configuration, integration, and go-live.
Act as primary client-facing leader, aligning business and IT sponsors.
Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and semantic layer design.
Oversee data integration within SAP Datasphere with BW/S/4HANA connections.
Design SAC stories and planning architectures with governance and usability in mind.
Guide SAP Business Data Cloud adoption, including Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines.
Lead practice development, asset creation, and thought leadership in SAP Analytics.
Manage and mentor consulting teams, support recruiting and capability-building.
