Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP Analytics leader to drive end-to-end engagements across SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BDC. You will translate complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions and collaborate with business and IT sponsors.

You will guide Data Cloud adoption, work with Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines, and contribute to thought leadership within Accenture’s SAP Analytics practice. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP analytics, BI, or data management consulting experience.
• Hands-on implementation with SAC, Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or related SAP data products.
• 2+ years delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or HR analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end SAP Analytics engagements: architecture, configuration, integration, go-live.
• Lead client-facing delivery, manage stakeholders, and align with business/IT sponsors.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable analytics solutions and semantic models.
• Guide SAP Data Cloud adoption, including Databricks AI/ML pipelines and activations.
• Collaborate with Accenture teams and offshore colleagues to foster high performance.
