Job summary

Infosys Limited in Germany seeks a dynamic Program Manager for SAP AMS on S/4HANA to lead end-to-end application support and service delivery for enterprise clients.

You will manage large-scale AMS programs, ensure SLAs and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT services.

Preferred certifications such as ITIL and PMP, and SAP Solution Manager experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant service delivery experience in SAP managed services (S4HANA/ECC).
• Experience in a people management role, leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong acumen to understand business needs and manage services in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of SLAs, OLAs, and contracts in insourced/outsourced environments.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP, functional and/or technical SAP application knowledge.
• Knowledge of industry trends and SAP strategy and service portfolio.
• SAP S4HANA ITSM/PM certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean process methodology preferred.

Responsibilities

• As the one face to the customer, guide service lines on staffing, commercial, and alignment for lean, quality solutions.
• Oversee the delivery of SAP AMS, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Maintain service quality and availability in adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day operations for system reliability and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP AMS services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular performance reviews and feedback collection.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations to enhance efficiency.

• Maintain service quality and availability in adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day operations for system reliability and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP AMS services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular performance reviews and feedback collection.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to optimize client business operations.
• Recommend and implement best practices to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing guidance and implementing performance metrics.

Preferred:

• ITIL certification or experience in ITIL-based service management.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other service management tools.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform).
