Job summary

Accenture is seeking a dynamic Practice Leader, Artificial Intelligence to define and drive AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment. You will build core AI offerings, shape messaging, and collaborate with broader capabilities to adapt enterprise-grade tools for mid-market clients.

You will lead delivery, establish reusable assets, and mentor a growing AI practitioner community while partnering with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes in client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with AI, data or analytics.
• ≥4 years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering.
• ≥3 years in SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and ERP processes.
• ≥2 years navigating large, matrixed organizations and CoEs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Define and build AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients and create reusable assets.
• Shape messaging and embed AI themes in client conversations and proposals.
• Collaborate with Accenture capabilities and partners to adapt AI capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a community of AI practitioners within the group.
