Job summary

Accenture is seeking a dynamic Practice Leader, Artificial Intelligence to define and drive AI strategy within our mid-market SAP business group. This is a foundational role for a leader who can operate at the intersection of enterprise technology, go-to-market strategy, and client-facing consulting — building a differentiated AI practice purpose-built for the mid-market SAP segment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with AI/analytics focus.
• 4+ years building or scaling a consulting practice.
• 3+ years with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and ERP processes.
• 2+ years in a matrixed large-enterprise with CoEs and alliances.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; if Associate’s, 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients with accelerators and packaged solutions.
• Translate Accenture’s AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale and maturity.
• Refine the delivery model, including talent, tooling, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop reusable assets to enable the broader team to sell and deliver consistently.
• Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI capabilities in mid-market SAP.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes into client conversations.
• Develop thought leadership content and represent the practice externally at events and SAP forums.
• Collaborate with Accenture Centers of Excellence and alliance teams to access capabilities.
• Advocate for mid-market investments and tooling adaptations within Accenture’s ecosystem.
• Build a growing community of AI practitioners and define capability development pathways.
