Job Title: Manager - Talent Acquisition @ ACL Digital

Job Description:

1. Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Reporting, SAP Cloud Planning, HANA Cloud, native HANA Modelling, or S/4HANA Analytics.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ABAP development methodologies and best practices.
4. Expertise in data modeling and development.
5. Proficiency in clean core SAP development techniques, including modularization, performance optimization, and error handling.
6. Experience in developing ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
7. Proficient understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and business processes.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with other teams.
11. SAP S/4HANA ABAP certification is preferred.
12. Excellent experience with DBMS, SQL, and SAP Systems.
