Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop ABAP reports, programs, and objects.
• Implement BAPIs, IDocs, and RFCs for integrations.

• Optimize Open SQL for HANA and performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to translate requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.

SAP ABAP Developer with strong hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Supply Chain solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both traditional and modern SAP development and be able to independently analyze requirements, design technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver high‑quality developments.

• Function Modules and RFCs
• BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework
• BAPIs and standard SAP APIs
• IDocs and ALE integrations
• Background jobs and batch processing
• Data extraction and integration programs
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, performance problems, short dumps, and data inconsistencies.
• Analyze existing custom ABAP developments and identify opportunities for simplification and modernization.
• Work with functional and business teams to translate Supply Chain requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, SIT/UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other ABAP developers.
