This position is responsible for SAP ABAP development and support for Belden's Global ERP and HCM & Payroll Application portfolio. The landscape consists of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 & S4 Hana Rise Cloud and SAP Success Factors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll, and several 3rd party applications.
The technical leadership role translates functional specifications into ABAP code, assists functional consultants with debugging, and collaborates with SAP functional teams. The role ensures high quality projects and system support through best practice SAP technologies including ABAP, Web Dynamic Programming and UI5. Responsibilities include application analysis & design, development, integration, maintenance and support for delivery of projects and releases. The person also partners with and guides the development of the offshore captive IT center in India, overseeing ABAP development work.
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $110,000 to $155,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.
