Position Description and Job Skill Set

The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one SAP ABAP Developer to provide SAP system support and SuccessFactors integration support. The resource will serve as a member of the ABAP team, working alongside State resources to develop, enhance, and support the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) SAP system, and provide integration support for the SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules.

Required Skills/Experience

• Minimum of eight years’ experience with ABAP design and development, with strong expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented programming.
• Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM.
• Four years’ experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
• Two years’ experience in training and knowledge transfer to public sector employees at entry level and above.

Preferred/Not Required Skills

• Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience, knowledge of State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system development.
• Two years’ experience with SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration.
• Two years’ experience with SAP Portal support.
• Experience with incident analysis and resolution, WebDynPro, workflow development and maintenance.
