Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery across full project lifecycles, from design to deployment, working with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 integrations. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, mentor teams, and manage client engagements in a hybrid, travel‑required environment.

You’ll collaborate with architects and functional leads, drive quality assurance, and ensure risk‑aware delivery while shaping SAP ABAP strategy for diverse client engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Proficient in ABAP OO, modularization, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms and OData/Web Services.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC integration and ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP services.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SAP ABAP projects, from design through deployment and testing.
• Collaborate with functional leads and architects to drive integrated SAP solutions.
• Engage with external clients, manage workstreams, and ensure quality and risk controls.
• Provide direction to team members and mentor junior developers.
