Job summary

Playbill, Inc. is seeking a Village Supervisor for Santaland at Macy’s in New York. You will manage the daily Santa performance schedule and oversee staff to ensure smooth operations and a magical guest experience.

Work closely with Santaland Managers, Costume and Wig teams, and village staff to resolve issues, maintain morale, and support special events and guest accommodations throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage schedules and adapt to changes quickly.
• Customer-facing skills to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily Santa appearance schedule (facilitating switches, breaks, and lunch breaks).
• Maintain Santa’s well-being and appearance within the attraction.
• Ensure smooth guest flow and discreet shift changes with management.
• Assist with training of Santa and village staff as needed.
• Supervise Santa dressing room and coordinate with Costume/Wig teams.
• Support guests with special requests and re-shoots as required.
• Manage onsite guest arrivals via reservation system and queue management.
