Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-season operational setup for Santaland and back-of-house areas.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and manage the customer journey.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and deployment.
• Monitor safety guidelines and enforce policies on location.
• Interface with guests, resolve issues, and report escalations.
