Job summary

Compass Group USA, Levy at the United Center in Chicago, is seeking a Cleaning Crew Member to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary environments across restaurants, concessions, clubs, offices, and kitchen areas.

You will perform duties including cleaning offices and conference rooms, deep cleaning venues before/after events, floor care, fryer oil disposal, hood systems, sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, and assisting with inspections. Join a team that values diversity and growth.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and conference rooms: trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Deep clean restaurants, banquet areas, clubs, and concessions before/after events.
• Strip, clean, and buff floors as needed.
• Drain, clean, and refill fryers; dispose of used oil properly.
• Clean hood systems, beer lines, ice makers, soft-serve machines, and floor drains.
• Sanitize equipment and countertops; move equipment for cleaning as needed.
• Set and position floor mats.
• Restock and organize supply areas.
• Assist with city/state inspection prep.
• Report daily to housekeeping supervisor for assignments.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Job Summary:

As a Cleaning Crew Member with Levy at the United Center, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary environments across restaurants, concessions, clubs, offices, and kitchen areas. Your work ensures each space is ready for guests and event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean assigned offices and conference rooms (trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping).

Deep clean restaurants, banquet areas, all-inclusive clubs, and concession stands before and after events.

Strip, clean, and buff floors as needed.

Drain, clean, and refill fryers; dispose of used oil properly.

Clean hood systems, beer lines, ice makers, soft-serve machines, and floor drains.

Sanitize equipment and countertops, move equipment for cleaning when necessary.

Set and position floor mats.

Assist with restocking and organizing supply areas.

Support cleaning prep for city and state inspections.

Report daily to the housekeeping supervisor for assignments.
