Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Winlock, WA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) at $20/hr. You will help keep the warehouse clean, operate dock sweepers and scrubbers, and support safety and efficiency metrics.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong reading and following directions, and the ability to multi-task and manage time. The role offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
• Operate dock sweeper and dock scrubber to keep floor clean.
• Empty and replace trash and recycle containers in the warehouse.
• Change batteries on powered industrial trucks (pallet jacks, reach trucks, stand-ups).
• Stack cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
