Our Bakery plays a vital role in our food catalogs, and to support our Bakery operations in Monroe, WI, we are seeking a Sanitation Worker to focus on the cleanliness of our operations area. This role will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness of our Bakery operations area. Additionally, this role will be accountable for sanitizing a wide range of machines used daily within the Bakery. You’ll also be responsible for:

1. Performing mechanical tasks of disassembling and reassembling equipment
2. Completing physical tasks such as scrubbing, sweeping, and washing Bakery equipment
3. Executing tests on surfaces for potential micro-contamination

We are looking for an individual who can work independently, is mechanically experienced, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will also have:

• A high attention to detail
• A high school education or equivalent, or two years of relevant experience
• The ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
• Strong experience/knowledge of operating hand-held tools
• An understanding of liquid and solid measurements

Qualifications

Same as above, emphasizing the need for independence, mechanical experience, and a fast-paced work ethic, along with the specific skills listed.
