Our Bakery plays a vital role in our food catalogs and bakery operations in Monroe, WI. We are seeking a Sanitation Worker to focus on maintaining the cleanliness of our operations area. This role will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness of our Bakery operations area. Additionally, this role will be accountable for sanitizing a wide range of machines used daily within the Bakery. You will also be responsible for:

1. Performing mechanical tasks such as disassembling and reassembling equipment
2. Completing physical tasks like scrubbing, sweeping, and washing Bakery equipment
3. Executing tests on surfaces to detect potential microcontamination

We are looking for an individual who can work independently, is mechanically experienced, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have:

• High attention to detail
• A high school diploma or equivalent, or two years of relevant experience
• The ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
• Strong experience and knowledge of operating hand-held tools
• An understanding of liquid and solid measurements
