As a Sanitation Worker you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.
Performs general janitorial, cleaning and sanitation related job tasks in warehouse facility, including dry, cooler and freezer areas. – May perform similar duties in office areas as assigned. – May require operation of pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to appropriate receptacles. – General cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pick up and use of compactor. – May be required to work with cleaning chemicals. – Follows all safety rules and completes all duties as assigned per business need.
