Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Technician for our ready-to-eat sunflower processing facility in Fargo, ND. You will oversee the sanitation program, perform daily cleaning, and support food safety and safety initiatives.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential. The role runs Sunday-Thursday on the 1st shift, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation as per the master sanitation schedule in production and non-production areas.
• Execute non-routine cleaning to resolve environmental incidents and water intrusions.
• Document completion of routine and non-routine cleaning activities.
• Assist with production line equipment cleaning and sanitation as needed.
• Test chemicals from the dilution system as needed.
• Provide feedback to improve sanitation SOPs and documentation.
