Job summary

The Vincit Group is hiring an Hourly Associate, Sanitation Team Member, to perform sanitary restoration on equipment with a safety-first mindset. You will use industrial sanitizers to restore cleanliness to USDA standards and work with a team of hourly associates to reach common goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year in food processing or heavy industry, and willingness to work varied shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of experience in food processing or heavy industry preferred: 2+ years in food/protein is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Legal employability in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitary restoration on assigned equipment per training.
• Use sanitizers and equipment to meet USDA cleanliness standards.
• Inspect equipment before, during and after sanitation.
• May operate or assist with fork lifts or scissor lifts with training.
