The Vincit Group is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Team Member (Hourly Associate) to perform sanitary restoration on assigned equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety and USDA-compliant cleanliness. Candidates should be prepared to work in a team of hourly associates and meet physical requirements.
Education includes a high school diploma or GED, with 0–1 year of relevant experience; 21+ years old and legally employable in the United States. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

The Hourly Associate, Sanitation Team Member, is responsible for performing steps of sanitary restoration on assigned equipment and services for which he or she has been specifically trained. With a main emphasis on safety, this individual will utilize industrial sanitizers and equipment to return equipment to a level of cleanliness compliant with USDA regulations. This individual must be a hard-working, responsible individual willing to work with a team of hourly associates to achieve the same overall goal.
Required: Preferred: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required: 0-1 year of experience in the Food Processing industry or another heavy industry field Preferred: 2+ years of experience in the food or protein industry
A Sanitation Team Member in the food processing industry must be able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires standing and walking for long periods, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive scrubbing or cleaning motions. Team members must be able to lift, push, and carry sanitation supplies and equipment, often up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The work is performed in wet, cold, or hot conditions and may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, strong odors, and slippery surfaces while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Employees may also be required to climb ladders or mezzanines to clean elevated surfaces or equipment. Team members must be able to follow strict safety and food sanitation procedures while working around industrial machinery.
