Job summary

Danone U.S. is hiring a Sanitation Associate for Eugene, OR to maintain sanitation processes and support production. The role requires a HS diploma, 6 months of experience, basic math, and attention to detail. Shift is Saturday–Tuesday (Swing 1:00 PM–11:30 PM) with a pay rate of $24.59/hr. Benefits include 401k, EAP, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave.

Applicants must flex schedule for a 24x7 manufacturing plant and contribute to MSS records, chemical handling, and cleanliness in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• About 6 months of work experience with accuracy and teamwork.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages, ratios.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to suggest changes to improve production, quality, efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas using approved chemicals.
• Follow GMP, SOP, and safety practices and policies.
• Maintain MSS and sanitation records.
• Receive and store chemicals, manage chemical storage area and CIP room.
• Support Mix Room batching and staging of materials as needed.
• Perform sanitation PMs and MSS tasks.
• Fill in production areas as needed when skilled.
• Assist in other production areas when time allows.
