Classic Salads in Arizona is seeking a Sanitation 2 employee to learn and apply cleaning and sanitation methods across production areas. You will assist the production department as needed and must follow OSHA forklift guidelines while maintaining food safety and GMP compliance.

The role requires forklift licensing and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a cold environment.

Competenze

• 1-2 years experience in sanitation in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to follow simple instructions.

Mansioni

• Adhere to Classic Salads Food Safety and GMP policies.
• Complete Standard Sanitation Procedures (SSOP) per CS policies.
• Clean areas inside/outside away from product contact surfaces as directed.
• Operate chemical dispensing and sanitation equipment and controls.
• Wear all required PPE and maintain clean work areas.
• Report injuries or incidents to supervisor/manager; observe forklift safety rules.
