Zusammenfassung

Koch Foods Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Worker for our Mississippi plant to clean and sanitize processing equipment, production areas, floors, and drains. You will disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed and follow sanitation schedules to meet food safety standards.

The role requires ability to work in wet, cold environments, stand long hours, and lift 25+ lbs. Overtime, night and weekend shifts may be required; training is provided and PPE is supplied.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years old.
• Experience in sanitation, janitorial, food processing, or poultry plant preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals, hoses, pressure washers, and basic cleaning equipment.

Aufgaben

• Clean and sanitize processing equipment, machinery, conveyors, tables, walls, floors, drains, and other facility areas.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as required for proper cleaning and sanitation.
• Follow established sanitation procedures and schedules to meet company and food safety standards.
• Remove food debris, grease, blood, feathers, and other waste from production areas.
• Inspect cleaned areas and equipment to ensure sanitation requirements.
• Report damaged equipment, leaks, safety hazards, or sanitation concerns to the supervisor.
