Reser's Fine Foods - Crossroads Salad Plant is seeking a sanitation worker to ensure cleanliness of production areas and equipment in a refrigerated plant environment. You will follow safety procedures, assist teammates, and help maintain sanitary readiness for production startups.

The role may involve night shifts and weekend work as required. The ideal candidate has 6 months of sanitation experience in a food plant, reads and writes English, and has basic arithmetic skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months sanitation experience in a food plant preferred.
• OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, with some weekends.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe chemical handling procedures.
• Follow LOTO program and chemical labeling guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize production facility and equipment.
• Assist co-workers and support a team environment.
• Prepare area for sanitation and production start.
• Dismantle, clean, and reassemble production equipment as needed.
• Identify opportunities for equipment improvement and test after service.
