Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a sanitation associate for the Liquid Product Operations Department in Burleson, TX. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and equipment sanitation for a fast-paced facility, following safety rules, and wearing required PPE.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for long periods, and learning cleaning procedures and chemical handling. Training is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing for long periods in production area.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs as part of the job.
• Must wear required safety gear and follow safety procedures.
• Able to read simple instructions and write basic notes.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, food safety, quality, and legal compliance.
• Maintain sanitation of the Liquid Product Operations Department, including cleaning.
• Break down LPO processing equipment and reassemble as needed.
• Wash, scrub, and clean equipment using chemicals.
• Ensure equipment passes pre-op inspections and swabs.
• Observe equipment performance and report issues to supervisor.
• Document completed work as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
