Job summary

Golden State Foods is hiring a Janitor to maintain a clean, safe environment in the Liquid Products Department. The role supports food safety and facility operations across offices, restrooms, locker rooms, and production areas.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to follow safety procedures, and willingness to complete training. PPE will be worn during all tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
• Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces and clean under racks/equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling and dispose of materials properly.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and disinfectants.
• Operate cleaning equipment (walk‑behind and ride‑on scrubbers).
• Document completed work as directed by supervisor.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
